Configuration - Template

The template editor enables you to create custom template designs used by system such as voucher look and feel when printed as well as email, SMS and status messages or mail.  To access the template module click on Configurations > Template from the navigation. This includes general template and invoice template for Kiwire platform.

General

General template module is to create templates for email, SMS, voucher and status. To access the general template module click on Configurations > Template > General from the navigation.

Create New Template

To create a new template, click on “New Template” button and populate the required fields. Fill in the field to complete the process.

Variables

The template editor enables you to put in variable placeholder within the template and Kiwire platform will replace the variable with actual value for the specific users when the content is generated. An example will be Hello {{username}}, will be Hello John, when the content is generated and send to user account John.
