Prerequisites
Before integrating the controller with Kiwire, it is necessary that the controller and access point:

are connected to the Internet

are reachable on the network

have an IP address assigned to the a through DHCP or static

Kiwire-hostname or Kiwire-ip can be obtain by contacting our technical support for our cloud customer. For enterprise client the ip will be on premises Kiwire ip address.

Login to your Cambium cnMaestro controller

Go to WLANs > Configuration > AAA Servers

Venue Map
The venue map analytics will provide you Heat map of user movement and crowd density of the selected venue floor plan. Depend on the number of sensor deployed you can have a zonal heat map or presence heat map. The presence heat map provide heat map of user density nearby the Wi-Fi AP while Zonal Edition uses triangulation method between all the sensor Wi-Fi AP and display the density of user within the venue. click on the view button to view the map.
The heat map will playback the crowd movement (Zonal Edition) or density only for presence. To access the venue map module click on Master Data > Venue Map from the navigation. On the venue map listing module you may search for specific user by using search field.

ADD NEW MAP
Click on “Add New Map” button and populate the required fields. Fill in the field with relevant information to complete the process.

UPDATE OR DELETE MAP VENUE
Click on update or delete icon from the venue map listing. If you clicked the update icon, the update screen be display where you can update the setting of the venue map. Click on the delete icon to delete the venue map. A prompt will be display to ask for your confirmation to proceed to delete the venue map. Please exercise with cautions as this not a reversible action.
