Prerequisites
Before integrating the controller with Kiwire, it is necessary that the controller and access point:

are connected to the Internet

are reachable on the network

have an IP address assigned to the a through DHCP or static

Kiwire-hostname or Kiwire-ip can be obtain by contacting our technical support for our cloud customer. For enterprise client the ip will be on premises Kiwire ip address.

Part 1: Cambium cnMaestro configuration

Go to WLANs > Configuration > AAA Servers

Enter & Exit
The enter & exit analytics report provide bounce rate on users entry and exit for the venue. You can select the venue, date range and analytical report in daily or interval by hourly result.
For Daily view, select the date range from the date picker for hourly interval view select 1 day as start and end from date picker. To access the enter & exit module click on Analytics > Enter & Exit from the navigation.
