Prerequisites
Before integrating the controller with Kiwire, it is necessary that the controller and access point:

are connected to the Internet

are reachable on the network

have an IP address assigned to the a through DHCP or static

Kiwire-hostname or Kiwire-ip can be obtain by contacting our technical support for our cloud customer. For enterprise client the ip will be on premises Kiwire ip address.

Login to your Cambium cnMaestro controller

Go to WLANs > Configuration > AAA Servers

Kiwire 3.0 Administrator - Account & Finance
Account - Reset Profile
The Auto Reset module will automatically reset all user associated with the profile. The reset function will reset the usage of the users associated with users back to zero , so user can use the account from fresh. The schedule supported are 30 minutes, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. To access the auto reset, click on Accounts > Reset Profile from the navigation.

Add New Auto Reset
Click on “Add Auto Reset” button and populate the required fields. Fill in the field with relevant information to complete the process.

Delete Auto Reset
Click on the delete icon to delete the auto reset. A prompt will be display to ask for your confirmation to proceed to delete the auto reset. Please exercise with cautions as this not a reversible action.
