Reports - Login Reports

Kiwire Login Report module will provide analytic reporting on the users and network. It shows the numbers of users connected to the network as well. The diagram below shows the sub-modules of the Login Report module.

Login > Who is Online

The who is online module under Reports will list all users who are connected to your network regardless from which NAS equipment or zone. It indicates how much your network been used. This metric directly correlated to the user’s satisfaction and to a high ROI.

Note: If you detect any stale user (Stale user or ghost account, are users who disconnected information are not send by NAS due to NAS equipment failure), click the disconnect function to disconnect the user manually.

Login > Login Record

The Login Record report module will list all the user logged in history report.

Login >  Login Transaction

The Login transaction will list all login transaction of user in the network. It will show the success and failure of the user and the reason of login failure.Note: Report are applicable for radius transaction only.

Login > Login Transaction Summary

The Login Transaction Summary module will provide a graphical and table report of the user login success and failure rate. This graphical report will provide insight on your network performance. For example if your users are having high rate of issue of wrong password or trouble login in. Use the search option to view specific date range. To view by daily sample data, click on view icon on the row and you be presented the information of login transaction summary group by hourly for the particular date.

Login > Login Frequency

The Login Frequency report module will provide a graphical chart and table report on the number of users login frequency over a period by login vs unique login. This report primary objective is to provide insight of user behaviour. Use Search box date from and date to, to select the report period and zone if you wish to view by zone. An example use case will be if high total number of login and low unique users, means users may have problem accessing the network in a WiFi environment due signalling issue.

Login > Login Frequency Hourly View.

The hourly report view will let you drill down to login frequency by per hour basis for the particular date.

Login > Login Frequency By Profile

The Login Frequency By Profile module will report the login frequency-reporting group by profile. This provide insight on while profile is deem popular and are active during the duration of date selected. Use the date range selection to select the date of reporting you wish to view and if you wish to view by Project or Zone. Login > Login Concurrency

The Login Concurrency report will show the concurrency usage of users. As some users may use more than 1 hour or days for their network access. Concurrency report will tell the actual connected user over the period. This report provide a graphical report of the concurrency and utilization of the network. This provide a way to plan for your network upgrade. Use the date range selector to select the report period and zone if you wish to view by project or zone.

You may view the reports by selecting All projects, All Zones, by project or by zone. A project consists of multiple zones.

Login > Login Error

The Login Error module will provide statistic and overview of error encountered by users in the last 24 hour. Select the log file to load by the date. The log file date format is log-YYMMDD (YY = Year, MM = Month, DD = Date).

Login > Login Dwell Time

The Login Dwell Time will provide an analytic on users average usage time within the network. Dwell time will provide insight on your user average usage time. Use Search box date from and date to, to select the report period and zone if you wish to view by project or zone.

You may view the reports by selecting All projects, All Zones, by project or by zone. A project consists of multiple zones. 

Login > Login Dwell Time by hourly The login dwell report hourly view will break down the dwell time by few key metric group such as under 5 minutes, 10 ~ 15 minutes and more. Click on the Funnel Chart if you wish to view in funnel chart format instead of pie chart.

Login > Login Dwell Time by Profile

The Login Dwell Time by Profile will provide an analytic on users average usage time within the network by profile. Dwell time will provide insight on the profile average usage time. Use Search box date from and date to, to select the report period and zone if you wish to view by project or zone.

Login > Return User

The Return User module will provide the reporting of returning user, or user who has login and return to login over a period of time. Use Search box  date from and date to, to select the report period and project/zone if you wish to view by project/zone. A high number of returning users shows that your venue has a loyal clientele and that your visitors appreciate your Wi-Fi service and use it multiple times. When users recognized by the network and are automatically reconnected, this information is shown in the database in their records, near the data of the single connections they did.

Login > Top User The Top Sser report module will show the top 50 repeated user by user or by device use in the network with the sample date selected. Use date Search box select the date from and the date to, select the type whether Username or Mac Address and select the zone/project if you wish to view by project/zone.


Login > New/Repeat Login

The New vs Repeat user login will overlay 1st time login users vs the return or repeat user login to your network. Use the date range to select the report date range and project/zone to view by project/zone.
